No electronic timing

For timing this is how it works, from what I've seen. As you cross the finish line an official clicks a clicker and I'm assuming it registers a position number at a given time. After crossing the finish line it's important to stay in order with other runners, as we hand over our barcode tags. I'm assuming they merely associate the tags given with the position number recorded.

I know 2 seconds is not the end of the world but is frustrating because the official clock read 57, 58 seconds as I crossed the finish line. This corresponded with my watch.

"Sub 60 for 15" sounds better than "Less than or equal to 60 for 15"
