Visited my local doctor today re - headache. She did all the basic checks - blood pressure, heart beat, urine. These are all normal (thank god).

Blood to be tested:

• FBE (Red/White blood cells)
• U&E (Kidney)
• RBS (Sugar)
• TFT (Thyroid)
• LFT (Liver)

I'll be notified of these results later in the week.

I explained to her my training regime and my thoughts that it may be over-training but she didn't seem overly convinced that was the cause of it. She suggested maybe other issues (I won't go into that). All I can do is wait and see. I got the all important Doctor's Certificate for two days.
