Fri 25-11-2005 - Gym Session (abs)

Gym session whilst at work at 2.15 pm for 30 mins. It went something
like this:-

Sit-ups (exercise ball) 1 x 200
Side bends (7.5 kg) 3 x 50
Oblique twists (bar) 3 x 50
Sit-ups (exercise ball - crunch/twist) 3 x 20

Not enough time available for me to go for a run during company time
today. I'll do that after work at home.
